The CAI Virtual community is both a test-bed and a collection of capabilities.  In meeting PIF’s goal to develop and provide technology enablers using open source platforms, the Virtual Community is a place where those applications are developed and refined, regardless of source.  Once in place, these technology enablers become part of a growing repository of capabilities available to support PIF and program partner initiatives.
